We collect information to provide a safe, secure, and helpful experience for seniors and their care teams:

  • Account Information: Name, mobile number, country, and profile picture.
  • Health and Wellness Data:
    iOS Apple Health (HealthKit)
    On iOS devices, with your explicit permission, we import health metrics (steps, sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, and oxygen saturation) to help monitor your daily wellness.
    Android Google Health Connect
    On Android devices, with your explicit permission, we import health metrics (steps, sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, and oxygen saturation) to help monitor your daily wellness.
  • Location Information:

    We collect foreground and background location data to share with your designated caregivers or family members for your safety, even when the app is closed.

  • Device Permissions:

    We request access to your Camera (for profile pictures), Contacts (to invite family/caregivers), and Photos (to upload safety documents).

2 How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

  • Display your health vitals on your dashboard.
  • Notify your caregivers if your vitals go beyond healthy thresholds.
  • Share your real-time location with your care team for safety.
  • Maintain and improve app performance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal, health, or location data with third-party advertisers or marketing companies under any circumstances.

3 Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal, health, and location data only for as long as your account remains active.

How to Delete Your Data:
You can permanently delete your account at any time. Simply open the app, open the side drawer menu, and select "Delete Account".
Deletion Process:
Once you confirm deletion inside the app, all of your personal data, health metrics, location history, uploaded documents, and account associations will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers within 30 days.
